國際崇她社選舉與投票
各位代表、候補代表及代理人（副本抄送：歷任國際總監、國際崇她社理事會及區總監）： 請留意以下關於選舉與投票的相關資訊。
候選人見面會 – 2026 年 4 月 13 日至 17 日
國際崇她社總部將於 4 月 13 日至 17 日期間舉辦六場「候選人見面會」。在選舉開始前，您可以透過這些會議深入了解 2026-2028 年度國際崇她社理事會、崇她國際婦女基金會理事會以及國際提名委員會的候選人。您不需要參加全部六場會議；針對國際職務、國際理事以及國際提名委員會，各設有兩場會議。

大會前重新開放資格審查變更
資格審查系統將於 5 月 11 日至 5 月 25 日期間重新開放，供分社針對代表、候補代表進行必要的變更。若分社無人親自出席大會，亦可在此期間指定代理人。分社社長請使用先前為線上選舉註冊代表、候補代表或代理人時所使用的同一份「資格註冊表」進行操作。所有計劃在大會上投票的分社代表及候補代表，皆必須註冊並親自出席大會。

Meet the Candidates Sessions – 13-17 April 2026
Zonta International Headquarters will host a series of six Meet the Candidates sessions between 13 April and 17 April for you to learn more about the candidates for the 2026-2028 Zonta International and Zonta Foundation for Women Boards and International Nominating Committee prior to elections. You do not need to attend all six sessions. There are two sessions each for the International Officers, International Directors and International Nominating Committee. If you are not able to attend the sessions at the scheduled times, they will be recorded and available on the International Nominations Tools page. Online Elections
Elections for the Zonta International and Zonta Foundation for Women Boards and International Nominating Committee will take place 27 April through 1 May. Please see the schedule below and watch your email for further instructions and the link to vote.

Credentials Reopens for Changes Prior to Convention
Credentials will reopen from 11 May to 25 May for clubs to make necessary changes to their delegate or alternate or name a proxy if no one from the club is attending Convention in person. Club presidents will use the credentials registration form they used to register their delegate, alternate or proxy for the online elections. All club delegates and alternates planning to vote at Convention must be registered to attend Convention in person.
