♥.1997年10月成立
國際崇她台南佳明社由國際崇她台南社輔導創立於1997年10月，是國際崇她31區第14個成立的社。
全社目前共27位社姐。月例會固定於每個月第四個禮拜的週三召開。

1. 2018.6.30參加第64屆世界雙年會，百年捐款，捐款美金11350元。
2. 2018.7.09-11宣導崇她社務、Zclub 徳光中學少年社帶領永福國小小學生舉辦暑期英語古跡導覧研習營，捐款新台幣1萬元。
3. 2018.8.23大雨侵襲、重創北門區錦湖國小，捐款新台幣2萬元。
4. 2018.9.15參加高雄社舉辦「齊力守護、暴力止步一騎來」活動家庭暴力防治法20週年。
5. 2018.9.22分區監督愛如姐舉辦「中秋草地音樂會」並宣傳國際崇她31區「向暴力説不；拒絕毒品」，捐款新台幣6仟元。
6. 2018.9.26結合米蘭髮型設計..前往官田區老人養護中心舉辦『到府剪髮送愛心』活動

History of Zonta Club of Tainan Charming

Zonta Club of Tainan Charming was founded in 1997 as the 14th Zonta club in District 31 (Taiwan), with Ming-Luan Kao Chang acting as the charter president. Members included medical doctors, Accountants, lawyers, professional managers and business owners.

In order to fostering friendships among Zontians, Tainan Charming established sisterhood club with Zonta Club of Sapporo IRIS, Japan in 2004.

The connection between these two clubs was introduced by Amy Lai; Joanna Lee was the club president of Tainan Charming then, and Sudo San was the club president of Sapporo IRIS.

Over the past 17 years, ZC of Tainan Charming has remained the top three donor clubs of District 31. In addition, there are two district Foundation Ambassadors from Tainan Charming, Joanna Lee (2006-2008, 2008-2010) and Shu-Lan, Chiu( 2014-2016). Joanna Lee was also recognized as the LOYAL SUPPORTER on 2012-2013 ZIF Annual Report.

In 2006 Club President Joanna Lee earned the fivth prize in the E-Communication Competition during the Convention in Melbourne Australia.

In 2013 Club President Irene Chen organized the fourth Z club of District 31. With great honor, the Z club was chartered by International President Lynn Mckenzie at the time when Lynn visited District 31 for the Conference held in Kaohsiung on Oct. 20th 2013.

Joanna Lee, Area 2 Director, led ZC of Tainan Charming to sponsor Area 2 Area Meeting in Tainan on Apr. 12th 2014. US$16,200 was donated at the event. On top of that, 9 members of Zonta Leaders of District 26 (Japan) were also invited to the area meeting. It sets a role model of international communication for Zonta Leaders of District 26 and District 31.
